According to reports from associates, who gave conflicting accounts as to his condition (COVID-19 hospitalized on ventilator) his phone number at his law office has been disconnected and calls directed directly to voicemail.
But Pierce has since returned to virtual hearings for his clients and claims he can “100%” represent them. Additionally, he’s attacked feds for criticizing Ryan Marshall who took over for him during hearings; but federal prosecutors remain determined to obtain Marshall’s license to practice law, with potential results showing he’s unsuitable to take over Pierce’s cases.
